Airfare is based on specific non-stop scheduled flights with limited availability. Once these seats has been exhausted, additional seats may available at a surcharge. Should you have to cancel the flight portion of this trip penalties will be assessed in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified on the airline's website. in addition, there is a 50 per seat administrative fee to cover costs which we incur as a result of the cancellation.

A deposit equal to the cost of the airline ticket plus approximately $100 per person towards the land portion is payable before we are able to confirm your reservation. Final payment of the balance is due at least 45 days prior to scheduled departure. Failure to make final payment when due may result in your land reservation being cancelled and applicable penalties being applied.
